His expertise in designing and delivering ducted and split-system solutions, from compact single-storey homes to architecturally designed luxury builds, has made him a trusted name among builders, homeowners and developers alike.

Prior to founding Evercold, Liam supervised large-scale service operations across more than 165 commercial sites, including gyms, aged-care facilities and high-rise residential complexes. As a certified Daikin VRV specialist and NSW-licensed technician, he brings commercial-grade capability to every project.

Samuel Thomas is a highly skilled installation specialist with approximately 10 years of hands-on experience across residential and commercial air conditioning projects. Renowned for precision, efficiency and exceptional attention to detail, Sam ensures every Evercold installation is delivered to the highest standard.

He has extensive experience installing split systems, ducted systems and complex multi-zone layouts — from family homes and high-end builds to commercial spaces requiring strict compliance and flawless execution.
